From the Big Sky

(Whispers of Wisdom) Where I live, on a hill unobstructed by buildings or trees, the sky looks very big. I'm constantly reminded to look up for a sunrise, sunset, special cloud formations or varying colors. It also reminds me to look up more often than I look around me, remembering that the answers to the confusion around us can only come from above, from God our Creator. What He allows me to learn, I'd like to share with you.

About Me

My photo
Jan Bernier
Washburn, Wisconsin, United States
About 10 years ago, beginning a new era in my life, I was challenged to decide on and declare a life purpose. My life purpose, I decided then, was to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ, and I must say the doing of it is much harder than the deciding and saying of it. I have, however, remembered it, and not changed it. I also want to be used where He has put me. However, I often find that I'm so involved and overwhelmed with the chores of daily life that I fail to even come close to fulfilling my purpose. I'm constantly being reminded that God must come first, and that all the other necessary things will then be made possible. I need a reminder of that VERY often.
